Description
It took me a while to make up my mind, but I've decided to sell Scylla as OOAK figures, where every copy will have a different color. One thing I'm not sure yet is if I'm going to sell them at a fixed price, or through auctions. The first will give me stability, the latter will give potential customers a fair chance of obtaining one.

You could do both, I think. Offer fixed price for the one's who can't wait to get one, then do an auction, like you said, for a fair chance to others. You could even offer one as a contest or a raffle to gain exposure.
